[GUI] Fix data management

Some fixes in the GUI:

  • to correctly reset data when loading from file
  • to really be able to change minimization criterion
  • to remove the importation of some unused module In the Core:
  • fix a sign in tracking
  • fix criterions And in the doc:
  • Add new features description in GUI documentation
